About WWA

You have access to the materials and theme for as long as you need.  Whenever you want to revisit your materials, including the video and audio files, they will be here!

WP Website Academy is only the beginning of your website journey! You’ll have ongoing access to the entire program, including any future updates to the program.

Make sure you stay on the Launch It mailing list to be informed of any new bonuses and program updates.

All coaching calls are recorded, and after the live calls are uploaded to the WWA member area on the Coaching Call page.

Click on the date of the missed coaching call and press play!

Instructions are different depending on what kind of device you are using:

Computer: In the new tab that opens, you’ll need to right click anywhere in the open tab and select “Save As.” Make sure PDF (portable document file) is selected. Click “Okay.” It’s now saved to your computer!
You can also right click the “Download” button on the “Program” page and select “Save As.” Make sure PDF (portable document file) is selected. Click “Okay.” It’s now saved to your computer!

iOS device: Tap the “Download” button. The document will open in a new browser window. Tap anywhere in the browser window to activate the “Open In” option at the bottom of the screen.
Tap “Open In” and choose your preferred app. The PDF will be saved to the app you choose.

Android: Tap the “Download” button. You may have to navigate to your “Downloads” folder in order to open the PDF.

It sounds like you need to update your print settings, which is easy! First, make sure you have the latest version of Adobe Reader—it’s free! Next, right click the PDF file and select “open With’” and choose Adobe Reader. Go to “Print,” and when the print box pops up, make sure you have “Fit to Page” selected.

Let my team know at [email protected]. Please note that once the email address update is made, your username to log in to your WP Website Academy interface will be updated, so make sure your records are updated accordingly.

Go to the My Account page. The link to that page is in the upper right hand corner on a computer; on a mobile device, click the three orange lines (menu) in the upper left hand corner to access the site menu.

Troubleshooting tips:

  • Make sure that you do not have any pop-up blockers or ad blockers activated
  • Make sure your browser is up to date
  • If you’re on a wireless device, be sure that your connection is strong, steady and that your other connected devices aren’t eating up your bandwidth. We like to use speedtest.net to test connection speed and ping time. Keep in mind that even with a full signal on the fastest network, speeds can drop out intermittently
  • Clear your browser’s cache (learn how to do this here) and reload the page
  • Restart your device
  • Ensure that your Java and Flash are up to date. Due to the myriad of devices, you’ll need to consult with the manufacturer of your operating system to ensure that your programs are up to date. Some devices will prompt you to update; you can try refreshing the page and seeing if you get a message from your operating system

If the problem is on our end, we will be alerted to it quickly and work for a resolution.

Please find your email provider below and follow the steps to ensure you receive our emails:

For Hotmail: Add [email protected] to your safe senders list. Once that is done, let us know and we’ll resend your emails! If you still do not receive them, you may have to use a different email provider, such as Gmail or Yahoo to receive our emails. Please reply with your new email address, and we’ll update your contact record. This will also change your username for the WP Website Academy website, so be sure to update your records accordingly.

For domain specific emails (such as [email protected]): Add [email protected] to your safe senders list. You can also ask your IT department to whitelist @simplyelaborate.com and @launch-it.co. Once that is done, let us know and we’ll resend your emails. If you still do not receive them, you may have to use a different email provider, such as Gmail or Yahoo, to receive our emails. Just reply with your new email address, and we’ll update your contact record. This will also change your username for the WP Website Academy website, so be sure to update your records accordingly.

For Gmail: Check your “Promo” / “Spam” / “Social” / “Forum” / “Updates” folders. Those can be trickier to access on a mobile device, so you may have to log in to your email account on a computer. Once you find it, move it to your inbox so all of our communications will go straight there moving forward.

Good news! Your emails are not stored on your computer; they’re stored with the email provider. Major providers like Gmail and Yahoo will store your deleted emails up to 30 days, so be sure to check your trash folder. Please note that our team cannot resend emails after a certain time period due to system constraints. Hint: Create a filter so that your WWA emails will go into a special folder in your inbox. It’s easy to find them all that way! Not sure how? Google “create a folder” and the name of your email provider (like Gmail) and follow the instructions.

Time and again we hear that one of the best parts of the WWA experience is the community. Our private Facebook group is a safe space for you to connect with your fellow WWA website-rs, plus our community managers, technical theme support and of course – me!

You’ll still have access to all the program’s materials and videos on the WWA website, but we’ve found that WWA participants who take advantage of the community are even more successful because of the support they receive, in addition to the live coaching from me and my team, which is all available in the Facebook community.

This is a private community, and only the people in this community will see your posts. You may see posts from the community in your Facebook feed, but don’t be alarmed. Those are for your eyes only. No one outside the community can view the content posted inside the community.

Your Newsfeed is entirely unique to you; what you see is not what other people see! No one but community members is able to read, post or otherwise engage with the community on Facebook. If you feel that having the community posts come up in your Newsfeed is bothersome, you can go to the community, click the “Joined” button at the top of the community page, and select “Unfollow Group.” This will ensure that you will only see posts whenever you visit the community page.

Take a photo or a video using your phone or camera and upload to the device you use for Facebook. Then open the private WWA Facebook community page using your preferred device (for example, your phone or laptop computer). Scroll down the page until you see the box where you would normally post a status update. Click on “Add Photo/Video.” Then select the photo or video from the library on your device. Click “Post.” And you’re all set!

First, make sure you check the “Support Topics” section at the WWA website for the answer to your question. We’ve answered the majority of questions in these resources.

If you still have not found the answer to your question, go to the “Announcement” post at the top of the private WWA Facebook community page. Tag the member of the team that you would like to address and post your question in the comments. This will ensure that your question is answered. Please give the team 24 hours to answer your question in case there are a high volume of questions at that time.

Please note that while we would love to be able to answer all individual posts, we can only guarantee responses to questions asked in the “Announcement” posts.

Once you’ve clicked on the posting field (either in reply to a comment, as a new comment on a post or when writing your own post), use the “@” symbol and start writing the person’s name. A drop-down menu will appear with a variety of Facebook community members and leaders for you to choose from. Click on the person you would like to select and they will now be tagged and notified of your post.
